As a professional makeup artist working in the beauty industry, I like to be educated on what’s “in” my beauty products. I’m always on the lookout for that cruelty – free stamp of approval. I have a created a list of some of my favourite clean “cruelty free” beauty finds that I love and trust.
With summer time right around the corner, we all need to stock up on sunscreen (although you should be wearing sunscreen all year round). I absolutely love the Coola Classic Body Organic Sunscreen Spray SPF 70.
Spray on this ultra-sheer formula for water-resistant broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection this summer for the ultimate protection.Coola is Vegan, Farm to Face, 70+ Organic and Reef Safe.

One thing that’s always packed with me or on my bedside table is Kaia Naturals Overnight Dry Shampoo.
This overnight dry shampoo works to absorb odor and oil while instantly refreshing hair and adding volume to all hair types.I love that it’s also available in blonde + brunette and that you use it at bedtime and it does it’s job while you sleep! Kaia Naturals is Credo Clean Beauty certified and is a Canadian company committed to clean beauty!

A recent clean beauty find and Jillian Harris approved product is Tok Beauty’s – Eyes That Tok- Lash Enhancing Mascara.
A natural formula that gives your lashes volume and length while conditioning and strengthening your natural lashes to promote growth. Using ingredients like horsetail plant to strengthen your lashes, and pea protein to prevent breakage, this everyday mascara will have your lashes looking long and full. I love a mascara that’s good for your lashes and gives your lashes the most amazing volume!

Having some pretty polish this summer is also a plus. I love painting my toes and a favourite of mine is the cruelty free, vegan and 8-free formula nail polish Smith + Cult Nail Polish.
This nail polish comes in variety of cute colours and is chip resistant! I highly recommend adding this to your summertime beauty regime.

For summer makeup, I recommend something light and weightless when it comes to foundation. The Skin Twin Featherweight Foundation by BeautyCounter comes in 18 buildable shades that are long wearing but also look so natural and feel like second skin. A foundation that’s cruelty free and long lasting- it’s such a bonus!

Another cruelty – free beauty product I wear daily is the Arbonne Starlight Glow Palette.
I love this palette to give me a sun kissed and beautifully highlighted glow!

And last but not least, I love a long wearing lipstick that doesn’t feel dry. My go to is the Bodyography Fabric Texture Lipstick.

I love that all these clean beauty products are not only some of my favourites but also get the cruelty free stamp of approval.
