When I was five years old, I climbed a mountain with my Dad. Little was I to know this mountain was about to become a metaphor for my entire life.
I used to believe that life was all about climbing the mountain. That hard work, effort, determination, and a stubborn mind were what brought one to success. That recognition for a job well done came when you got to the top of that proverbial mountain.
When I started my business four years ago, I created a ‘mountain’. I became a workaholic, I took on clients that were beyond challenging, and I made my work hard. At the time, I ‘knew’ in my mind that in order for my business to be successful, I needed to work hard, hustle, grind, and get shit done. I was working seven days a week, sometimes fifteen hours a day, living Paypal to Paypal, just barely making ends meet. I believed that was how it was done.
And then I learned a new way of doing things…
It is clear that our world is in the midst of a radical transformation as old paradigms crumble, and we are exposed to the truth; that our old business models aren’t working. I believe it is our responsibility to lead the way in this transformation by doing things differently, more consciously, and in alignment with our higher purpose.
The materialization of our desires now depends on a different form of leadership, financial stewardship, and personal accountability. As I learned to focus on my own personal power and discovered how limitless we truly are, I finally understood that hard work isn’t the answer.
As I reclaimed my power and developed a deep inner knowing, it became clear to me that it is our Divine right to receive and to show up in service to the redistribution of wealth on the planet.
Today, I am passionate about leading emerging entrepreneurs to fully discover their own limitless power so they can create sustainable wealth through their passion and service to their higher purpose – minus the hustle, the grind, and the mountain.
