
Who Am I? I am a hardworking, highly motivated, energetic, and eager-to-learn individual. I have 3+ years of experience in customer service, which included supervising and people management. My Business Diploma from George Brown College has taught me professional communication skills, time management and the importance of staying current/relevant in business. I have advanced Microsoft Office skills. As a GBC student, I was tasked with multiple group projects, teaching me to work in diverse team settings and contributing practical presentation and research skills. I speak fluently in English and Russian.
I’ve learned so much in my sales career so far; I’ve practiced the Sandler methodology in my sales process, have been top of the leaderboard consistently by actively following a laid-out sales process, combined with rapport and relationship building with every customer. The genuine care I have for my customers is evident – They buy from me because they trust me. I’m looking forward to continuing to learn and grow in my sales career at Circle.
