Beth Hall is a therapist, high-performance coach, and artist. She is linear, logical, and surgical – highly intuitive and from the heart. Merging these two worlds is where the magic happens. She is a truth-seeker, pattern finder and believes we can build the life of our dreams.
I am here to discover – truth, depth, what it really means to be human. To give permission to myself and others to architect life experiences beyond our wildest dreams. Transforming loss, failure, mistakes, and fear – all that we push away – into our most valuable assets. Life, being human, is hard – and complicated. And the biggest lie we’re sold is that life is supposed to be perfect. Bought into this, we quite literally throw away our greatest gifts – our deepest expression, creativity, and innovation. Our joy. Our love. Connection and belonging.
Through my own pain and losses, I have discovered a deep sense of meaning and a life path far greater than I could have ever anticipated – one that is tapped into aliveness. What I know to be true is that there is beauty and opportunity in the darkest, ugliest places. It is up to us to train our minds and eyes to see it. It’s typically not taught, but it is teachable. We aren’t taught this because the way through is to lean into discomfort. Collectively, we avoid this. Rather than transforming pain, loss, and suffering, we’re taught to numb it.
Transforming our reactive patterns into joy, meaning, connection, and thriving requires us to do hard things. It requires us to relearn how to feel – anger, sadness, rage, irritation, disappointment, fear – and expose the guilt, shame, and not-enoughness that cripple and paralyze us. I also learned to pay attention to the simple things… As I walk, noticing the scent of flowers, the countless shades of green amongst the streets. The shapes, colours, and contrast of the clouds and sky – literally seeing a masterpiece hovering above me every single day. Even on the rainiest of days, noticing the depth of greys, purples, and blues.
The same is within us. In all our supposed flaws, deficiencies, losses, and betrayals – there is beauty and possibility beyond our wildest dreams when we are open to it and courageous enough to feel.
