When she’s not coaching women, speaking on international stages and showing busy business owners how to hire, train and have success with their very own virtual assistant… you can find this mother of two hanging with her family or on the soccer field.

Q: When you first started your career, how did you know you were ready and what made you start?

My career path was never clear until I was 28. As a child the best decision I could make for schooling was to go into teaching and broadcasting because I liked to help others grow and speak – A LOT! But once I hired a life coach and felt the profound growth in who I was and how my life developed I knew I had found my dream career – something where I could coach, speak, teach and empower others.

On the first day of my certification journey, I coached someone for the first time and their feedback was… “How long have you been coaching?” My answer, “3 hours.” I knew at that point I had found my calling and after 11+ years I feel blessed to be able to do what I feel I was meant to do.

Q: What is your number one business goal to accomplish this year?

This past year I have been showing busy business owners how to hire, train and have success with their very own personal virtual assistant in the VA Made Easy Program. The next year will be focused on continuing to grow the agency so I can support more CEOs with pre-vetted VAs from the Philippines. Along with continuing to provide more trainings so my client’s businesses have more strategic growth, and they can go from overwhelm to ease while increasing their profit.

Q: What do you have going on that you’d like to share?

I get to meet so many incredible female business owners who are experts in what they do and have great stories to tell, but not enough people know about them. I’m super grateful for the platform and network I have, so we’ve been providing dynamic businesswomen with three opportunities to be promoted through our channels. There’s the Dynamic Women Summit, The Trailblazer Secrets book and the 5-time Award Winning podcast called Dynamic Women. These three are catalysts to share expertise, reach more potential clients and have a greater impact in the world. It’s so cool to see such great connections being formed, and their message being spread because important for women to provide opportunities for other women to build their business.

Q: What is your favourite thing about what you do in your career and why?

I love the awesome clients I get to work with and seeing their results! We have fun, but also check off goals. They give me permission to be my best self: a mix of heart, humour and a strategic efficiency to get results. I love seeing the women I coach have those “aha” moments where they step into the person they’re meant to be: they have clarity, they are confident and are ready to jump into action. I get to witness huge positive shifts and hear comments like: “I really love this version of me!” “I just landed 3 new clients!” “I can’t believe I actually did it!” “I made more money this year than I ever have.”

Q: Where do you see yourself in five years? How do you envision your future?

I have just completed a Stand-up Comedy Class which really pushed me to be funny in a different way. I’m going to be applying that knowledge to my speaking engagements so I can deliver humorous, yet inspirational Keynotes. In five years, I see myself leading a movement by delivering more international talks and coaching more women to be unapologetically themselves and unleash their Dynamic You. I see more collaborations, a World Tour (if I was to just throw something out there) and helping more women’s shelters.
