
Danielle Arsenault is a Raw Food Chef and Plant-Based Educator whose deep desire is to empower women to revolutionize their health through a living, whole foods lifestyle.
I have travelled all over the world – 25 countries, bustling cities, majestic forests, and lonely deserts. I have seen so much, learned profound insights, yet on this day, I turn 40 years old, and I still feel as if I know nothing. I am an adventurer and a minimalist. I am a Raw Food Chef and Plant-Based Nutrition Educator. I am a mama, living a simple life with my baby girl on a volcanic island surrounded by jungle, monkeys, and wild nature like you’ve never seen. In this place, I feel whole. Ometepe island is a healing island where I’ve finally planted roots – Pachavega Living Foods Education, my plant-based culinary institute lives here too.
I am a creative at heart and a forever student. Constantly working on projects that give back, constantly learning to enrich my knowledge and deepen my practice as a holistic chef. I’m the person who bends over backwards to help a friend in need, who gives when no one is watching. I live with a mindset of abundance where I can be generous and free. Personally, I don’t need much. What is amazing though is how much I can make a difference by impacting one student at a time.
Eight years ago, when I founded Pachavega Living Foods Education, I was searching for a way to make healthy food taste good; to make the connection between body, mind, and soul. To discover how my food choices were affecting the planet and all beings on it, including myself.
It is my life’s mission to help transform your relationship with food and ultimately, with yourself. Within the context of Pachavega, I teach you to become the master of your own health and wellness. You will learn to create delicious plant-based meals, heal your gut, get more energy, sleep better, and learn how to create solid personalized health routines that will stick, for good. Pachavega was designed to bring you back home – home to your roots, to your connection with food, and to your healthiest self.
I offer online and in-person courses. From a short Introductory course just to spark your interest that you can complete in a weekend to a full-on Raw Food Chef Certification program that takes 6 months online or 16 days in-person, there is something for both the Health Seeker and the Holistic Healer.
