Michelle has always had a keen eye for fashion. Her roots were in Edmonton, AB. Getting into fashion at a young age led her career to Vancouver. After six wonderful years working in Vancouver, moving to the Okanagan is where the dream of having a Fashion apparel line blossomed!
If you could give your past self some advice, what would you tell yourself?
Your path has already been paved out for you. The pressure and stress you have put on yourself over the years was unnecessary. Take a moment to stop and smell the roses and enjoy each moment in life… time really does have a way of creeping up on you.
Do you have a mantra or phrase you live by? What is it?
“What goes around, comes around” I am a firm believer that the way you present yourself and act towards others will reflect on the outcome of your time here on earth.
What is your number one business goal this year?
I would like to increase overall brand awareness. Our mission is to send positivity and good energy through our love for fashion. Connecting with like minded people and just enjoying the conversations.
What is your number one priority when it comes to your career and daily work? Happiness is my number one priority in my career. life is too short to be spending your day doing something that doesn’t bring you joy.
What is your favourite thing about what you do in your career and why?
I love being around people and making others feel good about themselves. Retail is more than just shopping; it can be a form of therapy. Nothing feels better than building a trusting bond with my clients. You can know exactly what they are looking for or be a friendly ear so they can release any personal struggles they may be dealing with.
What makes you motivated on a daily basis?
My future and my family are what motivates me every single day. I work hard for myself and for them so we can build the life we want to live and enjoy!
