What makes an opportunity exciting to you – in business or in life?
Any opportunity to “add to life” is exciting to me. In this day and age, I am only interested in projects and collaborations that will add to life – and that includes people, animals, and the planet.
What has been the greatest shift in your career or life and how did you navigate through it?
The greatest shift in my life recently, was when I was turning sixty. It was the realization that you didn’t need to think about retirement, which was something I was resisting, but I didn’t want to live at the same pace any longer. Rather, I started to think about passion projects that fully allow me to slow down, choose my work calendar, and shift the pace. Enjoy the fruits of my labours of the past projects, while at the same time creating the “new.” And I am there now. Life is good.
What has been your favourite experience you love to share?
My favourite experience is witnessing the transformation of someone’s newly gained perspective in life – that allows healing, creativity, happiness, and expansion. That is so rewarding to watch.
What are you up to right now that people should know about?
I’m creating a new workshop that I will be facilitating each month at Grail Springs called “60 is the new 40: Reverse Aging.” Living it, and teach it. It’s such a privilege to be in the wellness industry now more than ever.
