Christina’s greatest lesson has been that it’s your HEART, not your mind, that will lead you to your authentic self and a greater purpose in life.
Looking back on my “fabulous forties,” the highlights were getting married and becoming a mother to our sweet Doodle and wonderful daughter. I switched careers from creative director to diamond dealer and became a bestselling author, as well as a vegan. The greatest shift came when my marriage was hanging by a thread, I had a miscarriage, and I took my first ever ambulance ride with an inflamed (broken) heart at forty-five. I ended my marriage because, without my health, I knew I would end up with nothing. I moved with my girls on the 8th day of the 8th month into suite 808. I knew it was the right move when I saw a car sticker parked outside our new building that said, “Olivia’s Loft.”
My daughter is Olivia. The Universe had my back.
I spent the next eighteen months starting from scratch, finding my voice and shifting my mindset amidst a pandemic. I embraced every thought leader on every life topic and took more courses than I can remember. I was exhilarated but lost – not yet heeding my intuition. We are told to calibrate our mindset, but without aligning with our “heartset,” we continue to sabotage ourselves. I realized that the guidance of my much wiser, more powerful heart is smarter than the noise and clutter in my brain. Our heart is what will truly transform us. Only then can we change the world and be a titan for humanity – living for a cause that’s bigger than ourselves.
All people are born pure and creative, and as we age, we often lose that deep connection to ourselves because of the outside noise. When an evolutionary woman has the heartset of saying YES to the impulse urging her to create and follow her passion, it expands and becomes her main source of guidance. An evolutionary woman fixes the problem by empowering others to look within their own impulse to create and soar. The major crisis we are facing globally today is giving the human species the possibility of evolving to a higher culture.
