If you could give your younger self some advice, what would it be?
If I could give my past self some advice, I would say: be open!
In my 20’s I learned to discover & adventure, my 30’s were about persistence and strength, and in my 40’s I am learning grace and patience.
Tho, all moments pass quickly, the beautiful and the painful; enjoy them all, the special happy ones and the sticky ones. You have the strength to overcome any situation. Remember, honey is sweet even tho it’s messy!! Light rises after darkness.
Believe anything is possible because if you have the power to find the gift in the good and the bad, you have the power to make a positive shift in this world.
What do you have going on in your world that you’d like to share?
There have been a lot of speed bumps that life has dropped in my path and continues to keep dropping. Despite the challenges, I persist in studying for my real estate course. It would be easier to give up and do other things, but that isn’t who I am. I don’t give up, and I will be taking this course until I pass, even if it takes me to my 70s. Lol

Where do you see yourself in five years? How do you envision your future?
I want to be successfully loving and established in my real estate career and finish 2 or 3 of the books I am writing.
I want to continue creating and adding more elements of living a beautiful life with the love of my life. Living a Sunday kinda love life!
Local adventure, travel, buy our dream property and guide our kiddos to keep being amazing and kind humans.
Take every chance to grow and love!
Do you have a mantra or phrase you live by?
I have many here are a couple of them;
Is the loss greater than the risk?
Nothing is for nothing!
I ADOPTED THESE SENTIMENTS when I lost my stepdad to the boat explosion at 13. When my sister took her life at 19 (I was 24) I was reminded of these again. I feel we can’t always make sense of things, but faith has given me hope. I am here because I have a greater purpose. Truthfully, I do not feel that I’ve stepped into my purpose yet.
What keeps you motivated on a daily basis?
Gratitude!! I feel anyone that wakes up and has the gift of another day should be motivated and grateful. Not all have been given this opportunity.
This doesn’t mean crushing every day. It may mean you need to self-nurture, or perhaps it is to take the day and make it magical. It’s just knowing you have another sunrise and sunset.
