What or who has been your greatest influence in business?
Our Customers – Patrons near and far that have become like family. Their support and love of food drive us to keep creating and growing.
What is your favourite thing about what you do in your career and why?
My favourite thing is growing and sourcing local ingredients and preparing them fresh from the soil for a taste and experience like no other.


When you first started your career, how did you know you were ready and what made you start?
I wasn’t ready. I was twenty years old with nothing to lose. The opportunity arose, and without fear, I seized the moment. I have been fortunate to work with so many talented individuals who have helped me grow and develop into today’s person.
What is your number one business goal to accomplish this year?
Work-life balance! The past two years with continuous pivots have been very taxing on balance. With a new sense of Normalcy, I would welcome a constant routine.
