What has been the greatest shift in your career or life and how did you navigate through it?
I am one of many women in the world who has had a complete loss of identity more than once. These are moments of life-shattering change.
My first, was after I trained my entire life to become an Olympian, but on the final qualifying competition I “failed” to qualify, and thus, my Olympic dream slipped through my fingers.
The second, was after I had married an abusive man, got into severe debt, and had a wake-up call. And the third (and latest—only five years ago), was after another realization that I was not living authentically or with a purpose that fueled my soul. This resulted in a devastating breakup, me quitting my career, moving, and starting over.
These shifts impacted me deeply. I had physical and emotional depression. I had a strong sense of irrelevance. I also felt stupid because I didn’t have all the answers.
How I navigated was one step at a time. One day at a time. One choice at a time. I had practiced living my life in the past or some future moment that didn’t exist for far too long… So, I also began my practice of living in the moment. This helped me to build confidence and trust within myself. Little by little, a little becomes a lot.

What has been your favourite experience you love to share?
How can one only have one favourite?? Impossible! But in the spirit of this question, I’d love to share about the time I went to Bali, all alone, to find myself. This was a soul-searching mission that was the best decision I have ever made for myself.
I spent a month there with no plan, no friends or family, and only time to reconnect with myself. It came at a time where I felt lost, heartbroken, and so desperately stuck. I knew I needed to do something drastic, plus I loved to travel, however, I had never done anything like this before. I was scared as hell. I spent the first three nights crying myself to sleep. But then, I quickly changed my tune and started to have my own back in ways I never could before. I spent time meditating, exercising, eating mindfully, and of course, adventuring.
This trip changed my life.
I reconnected to myself and deepened my self-love practice. There were countless miracles that happened for the month I was there. If anyone is thinking of going on a soul-searching trip to Bali, let me know! I can help you!
What are you up to right now that people should know about?
I am an intuitive self-awareness specialist. I help women who struggle with the way they look and feel in their skin so they can reframe and prepare their mind and body for lifelong positive change. They can begin a self-awareness journey, let go of what is holding them back, lose weight, set healthy boundaries, and consistently make choices that serve the health of your mind and body.
I mostly work with single women who are divorced and/or haven’t found the love of their life and feel lost, alone and unworthy.
It’s a lonely world out there, and more and more women need to learn new skills so they no longer feel as though they must hide and shrink their light. I help women expand and live soul-filled lives with an abundance of love forever.

What is one piece of advice you most often give?
You are not wrong for fearing change. You are not wrong for self-abandoning and staying in mediocrity for the sake of others. You are not wrong for hiding and shrinking your light. In fact, you are doing exactly what the world has taught you to do. You behave in a way that you have been programmed by life.
You never had a choice.
You didn’t choose how you were raised.
It’s not your fault. It’s not your fault.
I hold so much compassion for you. There is so much space for you to be held and comforted. I see you. I hear you.
I know this feeling all too well…
But now you are a grown-ass adult, and you make your own rules. It’s time for you to decide what’s best for you, what fills your soul, and start living, shining, and being the very essence of your existence.
