Sabrina Queiroga is an entrepreneur, mother, yogini, and health & life coach. She was born in Brazil and moved to Whistler, BC, in 2016, where she is fulfilling the dream to live in the resort she had been visiting yearly for 13 years. She founded Click-y Health Coach in 2014 when she embarked on her second career after achieving her initial dream of becoming a high executive in the corporate world. She loved working in the financial sector, but after episodes of deep burnout and learning how to overcome it, she felt an intense desire to share with other women how to overcome or avoid burnout and chronic stress without giving up their goals and dreams.
Q. If you could give your past self some advice, what would you tell yourself?
There is a long list of things I wish I could tell the young Sabrina. But on the top of this list would be “Listen more to your inner guidance and less to the world’s noise.” As a young adult, I had defined goals, especially related to my career and relationships, and I can say I successfully achieved them. Still, my journey was filled with stress, worry, and disconnection from my deepest emotions. I often couldn’t understand the point of so much struggle. Today I know we are all supposed to have our days filled with joy, the journey is a long process, and the outcome is a shining and fleeting moment.

Q. What is your favourite thing about what you do in your career and why?
My favourite part of my work is witnessing my client’s journey as they start increasing their clarity and recovering their energy. Then suddenly, they have a click, their ah-ha moment happens, and they begin to have insights and feel inspired. They can choose and take all the actions that will bring them toward fulfilment. Their big goal itself starts to merge with what initially was a sleeping dream.
Q. Do you have a phrase or mantra you live by? What is it?
I believe we are ultimately responsible for the life we create. My starting point to accept this was understanding that many times what is stated as truth or belief is a personal perception, and that’s what matters.
“We think we see the world as it is when we actually see the world as we are.” Stephen Covey

Q. What makes you motivated on a daily basis?
Knowing that my life results from my daily choices, I can always choose again, do better and be better. I believe that life is about abundance, connection, expansion, and happiness.
