Q) If you could give your past self some advice, what would it be?
A) Don’t be afraid of failing. Failing is the way to success.
Q) When you first started your career, how did you know you were ready and what made you start?
A) I had previously been engaging in conversations with women about menopause and found out through research that there isn’t a lot of information out there on perimenopause and menopause. I suffered for over ten 10 years and learned that women don’t have to.
Q) What or who has been your greatest influence in business?
A) Dean Graziosi and his Mastermind platform has been the greatest influence in business. Being on Dean Graziosi’s platform has changed my life. Before I knew it, I had my Loving Menopausitivity™ Program up on Mastermind. Loving Menopausitivity™ And Beyond Coaching Program is about what your doctors are not telling you about menopause.
Q) What is your number one business goal to accomplish this year?
A) I want to start marketing My Loving Menopausitivity™ And beyond to 500 women globally.
Q) What do you have going on that you’d like to share?
A) I have a Loving Menopausitivity™ Show on Facebook. I created an environment for women to be seen, heard and understood. It is a place for like-minded women to share their experiences and challenges and be inspired by one another.
Q) Where do you see yourself in five years?
A ) In five years, I see myself travelling around the world with my husband creating world-class retreats for perimenopausal and menopausal women.
Q) How do you envision your future?
A) Creating a Loving Menopausitivity™ Movement for women. I want to show women that they can love, embrace and thrive in their menopausal journey.
Q) What is your favourite thing about what you do in your career and why?
A) I love guiding women through their menopausal journey and showing them what’s possible when they prepare for and manage their symptoms. I suffered from many of the symptoms for 10 years. I don’t want other women to feel the way I did – lost and alone. I wish I had someone who shared with me their wisdom and experiences so that I could have embraced my journey faster.
Q) Do you have a mantra or phrase you live by? What is it?
A) I believe in miracles and opportunities everywhere.
Q) What is your number one priority when it comes to your career and daily work?
A) My number one priority is to keep learning and updating myself about menopause so that I can take action every week towards sharing valuable information and letting women know that change is possible and that hope, and solutions are out there.
A) What keeps you motivated on a daily basis?
A) Knowing that I am impacting women’s lives and standing up for the change I want to see in the world. I want to inspire ladies to talk out loud about menopause and make them feel good about it, accept it, and take inspiration from it so that they will feel more accepted and celebrated.
